1. Overview
VedicConsult offers digital services including astrological consultations, personalized prediction reports, and premium subscription plans. Due to the intangible nature of these digital products and services, the following refund guidelines apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
a. Appointment Bookings
Refunds for live consultation appointments may be considered only if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.
b. Prediction Reports
Due to the personalized and digital nature of prediction reports, refunds are not available once the report has been delivered.
If you believe the report is incorrect or there is an issue with the service, please contact us at admin@vedicconsult.com
within 7 days of receiving the report to discuss a resolution.
c. Premium Subscriptions
Refunds for premium subscription fees are generally not provided after activation.
You may cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future billing, but no refunds will be given for the current billing cycle.
For any billing errors or exceptional cases, please contact support within 7 days.
